Sponsored by East Gippsland Shire Council, the Across the Counter workshops are designed to train retailers about how to enhance the visual appeal of their retail space and create a customer service culture in their business that customers will remember.

You will learn how to use your retail space most effectively, learn simple principles of visual merchandising that will showcase your products, and see how your customer service is actually another product you sell.

Participants can also arrange individual audits of their retail space including shopfronts by a professional assessor who can also provide you with a documented future action plan for improvement.

The workshops will be presented by registered trainers, Di Matthews from Smidge & Pop and Sharen Cameron from Career Sills, both Di and Sharen are experienced business professionals with extensive knowledge in their respective fields of visual merchandising and customer service.

Session 2: Monday, 21 November – Customer Service
Time: 6pm – 9pm
